Our general opening hours are 09.00 - 17.30 on weekdays and 10.00 - 12.00 most weekends. However, we endeavour to answer all enquiries outside these hours. Please email us at helpme@moris.co.uk for general enquiries, collaboration opportunities or other questions.

We answer 24/7 every day of the year. Please note that customer service is handled by a third-party company, so they cannot offer advice. They will forward your message to us and we will call you back as soon as possible - especially if it's an emergency.
